Support Plans
LogisBase offers several support options depending on whether you're self-hosting, on LogisBase Cloud, or need enterprise-grade guarantees.
Community Support — Free
Available to everyone, regardless of deployment type.

Community support is monitored by the LogisBase core team on a best-effort basis. Response times are not guaranteed.
LogisBase Cloud — Email Support
All LogisBase Cloud accounts include support from the LogisBase team via two channels:
- Email support — submit tickets for account, billing, and platform questions
- Live chat — embedded directly in the LogisBase Console, available while you're logged in
Cloud support covers:
- Account and billing questions
- Platform configuration and setup assistance
- Extension installation and troubleshooting
- Escalation of platform issues to the engineering team

Enterprise Support
For self-hosted or cloud deployments where uptime and response time guarantees matter, enterprise support plans are available. Features include:

Enterprise plans are scoped and priced based on deployment size, number of instances, and required SLA levels.
